Congratulations to CST Coach Candidate Cody Fielding

Cody has quite the history and background. His integrated talents were ostensibly made obvious during his "How to conduct a CST Workshop" clinic at CST Iota. His ongoing 'trial by fire' of immersing himself in various competitive outlets allows him the opportunity to truly check and balance his application of CST to his personal practice. That he works as a professional trainer gives him the opportunity to apply CST to his clients success on a daily basis.

But accepting the invitation to step up to CST Coach candidacy is not a light one. Three months of grueling personal and professional challenge is not a task to be taken lightly, and the deliberation in accepting this work is a wise one. There is only increased accountability and responsibility by his acceptance of this candidacy. We actually discourage prospective candidates from accepting because the only reward is greater understanding of the system and increased service to the community. Anyone willing to embrace such a challenge deserves respect regardless of the outcome.

I know Cody will bring a wonderful new dimension to our organization simply by being himself, and as he grows in his personal and professional practice, we will all and each benefit.

Please join me in congratulating Cody for stepping up to the challenge!

Welcome, Cody. Can't imagine what your challenge will be since you already challenge yourself all the time anyway. Love your web stuff.
