FF lvl 2 4rounds/one round per min/ one min rest. 4 sets accomplished. wanted to quit halfway through, made though. 16 rounds of FF lvl 2 in 20 mins.
rpetd= 8.5,8,.5.
five mins rest.
2-16kg KB jerks 8 rpm. 5 min. 40 reps
rpetd 7,8,1. I'm getting fatigue in my biceps during the rack, indicating that I'm too tight in the hips and spine, and failing to get my upper torso back far enough
for the bells to balance in the rack. I'm holding them in the rack with muscle instead of balance.
five min rest.
Enough for today.

Lorenzo, the "rack" in kettlebell speak, is the position of the bells held in the crook of the arm. In ideal terms, one ought to be able to rest there. In practice, not so easy. One arm work is easier to attain that rest than two arm work.

update
Left Indy the 30th of Jan. for a road trip to Pittsburgh to see a body worker who
also does LENS, and then to Frederick to see another friend who is Rolfing. The two
of them freed up my right rectus femoris, right psoas, worked on some of my scars,
and loosened up my lower back enough that my springing tripods are much easier to
perform.
While on the road Friday got a call from an adoption attorney looking for a home for
a newborn boy. Said yes. Things are going to be more chaotic than usual.

I did this because I couldn't think of anything else to do tonight and I want to
start handling the greenies before the Arnold.
I've been in a funk since the Atlanta competition back in December and I haven't
shaken it off quite yet.
